Mr. Chenault is a registered architect and LEED Green Associate with a passion for the cutting-edge side of architecture technology using live design, scripting, and parametric algorithms, with a focus on green building and sustainable design. Since joining the practice he has worked on both multi-family housing, cultural, and commercial projects bringing fresh ideas on design while minimizing the impacts of development. In addition, he leads Monarch Design Group's immersive visualization and live design team which provides clients a 3-dimensional, first-person perspective view of their space in the initial stages of design. This allows the team to identify and avoid potential problems and visualize opportunities for improvement during the early stages of design to avoid costly changes, rework, or delayed project schedules. Mr. Chenault is experienced in all phases of planning and design for residential and commercial buildings, including historic rehabilitation. In addition, he heads Monarchs' immersive visualization / live design team which provides clients a 3-dimensional, first-person perspective view of their space in the initial stages of design. This allows the team to identify and avoid potential problems and visualize opportunities for improvement during the early stages of design to avoid costly changes, rework, or delayed project schedules.

Claudia Casal is the Director of Production at Monarch Design Group, integrating her interests and education into a practical position to support architectural work. Throughout her time working at Six Side Architecture and later the State Materials Office, Ms. Casal has become adept at ensuring all construction documents satisfy legal requirements and incorporate all of the project’s goals. She has spent time in the field supporting bridge repair projects and has also worked as a CADD specialist, preparing professional documents, conducting quality control field inspections, and much more. As Director of Production at Monarch, Ms. Casal oversees all the production team members and keeps projects on time and within budget; she is responsible for coordinating project schedules and creating the company standards to improve construction drawings and services of the company.

Mr. Buaku's work fills a unique niche in the built environment, where he combines his professional and educational background in urban design, planning, and architecture to create holistic buildings, places, and communities that are feasible, beautiful equitable, safe, and resilient. He is a Certified Planner and an Associate of the American Institute of Architects with over 19 years of experience - working extensively around the country in several communities and capacities, both in the public and private sectors. In recent years, he has also gained experience in transportation, infrastructure, and capital improvement planning. Donald is an artist and adept at public speaking. He pragmatically approaches urban design and planning - balancing creativity with practicality.

Kathy has over 20 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, and client support across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. With experience supporting architectural programming and pre-design efforts, she provides oversight and coordination that help guide projects from early discovery meetings through massing and vertical concept development, ensuring client goals are clearly defined and advanced toward construction documentation. Kathy is skilled in client management and communication, assisting teams and clients by preparing proposals, reports, and deliverables that define project needs, scope, and next steps. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she plays a key role in moving projects forward by addressing client questions, tracking progress, and supporting the realization of client ideas.

Jordin brings nearly 20 years of experience in Project Management, Quality Control, and Construction Administration, across a wide range of projects valued from $5 million to $620 million. Her broad expertise provides a unique and strategic perspective, enabling teams to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget. Jordin is known for her strong leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. At Monarch Design Group, Jordin oversees quality control and leads construction administration for all projects. She supports project teams by providing constructability insights, resolving code-related challenges, and establishing best practices aligned with industry standards.

Annelies Gielstra is an Architectural Design Team Leader at Monarch Design Group, where she produces detailed architectural drawings with a strong focus on precision and design quality. She brings a comprehensive design background shaped by both architectural and interior architecture training. Ms. Gielstra earned her Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida, followed by a Master of Architecture and a Master of Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon. Ms. Gielstra is actively working toward architectural licensure.

Mrs. Brailyn Hymel joined Monarch Design Group as Team Leader, guiding the design process and team collaboration. Brailyn, a University of Louisiana at Lafayette graduate, specializes in commercial projects, particularly for the University of Florida and Marion County Public Schools. An active IIDA member since 2018, she has successfully passed the NCIDQ examination and is a certified interior designer with a strong passion for creating thoughtful, functional interior environments. At Monarch Design Group, Mrs. Hymel plays a leadership role in guiding teams and delivering innovative design solutions that uphold Monarch's commitment to excellence.

Daniel Villegas Cruz is a Design Team Leader with broad experience across project types and an appreciation for materials, context and craft. Mr. Villegas Cruz obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University, and later a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He is currently pursuing LEED credentials and aiming to gain architectural licensure within the next five years.

Elaine Daffron recently graduated from the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Design with a major in Architecture from the UF School of Architecture. Now a proud alumna, Elaine continues her journey at Monarch Design Group as a BIM Designer, where she applies her academic insights and expertise to various projects. With her undergraduate degree completed, her next goals are to pursue a master's degree and achieve licensure as an architect. Elaine's commitment to her education and her profession promises to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the Monarch team.

Harry Reamy is an Architectural BIM Design Intern at Monarch Design Group. He is a third year studying architecture at the University of Florida. In preparation for his career, he hopes to learn about the different fields, as well as work towards licensure in the future. For the past two years, Harry has serviced the Gainesville community as a freelance photographer. He has worked with graduates, sororities, and more while using this skill to photograph architectural models and studies for his university studies. Harry is so excited to work at Monarch and is looking forward to the summer ahead.

Sanoor Pradhan is a BIM/Team Designer at Monarch Design Group. With a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a minor in Linguistics from the University of Florida, Mr. Pradhan brings a diverse set of skills to our team. He is involved in generating detailed architectural production and documentation, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Fluent in Czech and passionate about multicultural influences in design, Mr. Pradhan adds a unique perspective to our creative process.
